Workshop Description:
Our intention is to explore the root chakra, the fertile soil in which the seeds of our existence grow and flourish. Without it, seeds of change that we may plant may not take root causing stagnation.
Join Artist Angelina as she leads us through a meditative painting process called intentional creativity . We will explore our own personal roots and set our intentions in paint. We will set the tone for inspiration tuning into our bodies, with yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to open the root chakra.
