Relax into the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, which will help further activate and harmonize your heart center. The healing sound frequencies will promote emotional release and align you with the energy of unconditional love.

Gina will lead you in an intentional creativity painting exercise, where we set our intentions in paint to help you visually express and anchor the heart’s energy. This mindful art practice allows you to tap into your emotions and intuition, while connecting with the vibrant energy of the heart.
