Join us for Soulful Seasons, a four-class painting series that invites you to slow down and align with the natural rhythm of the year through the equinoxes and solstices. Each gathering honors a seasonal turning point—Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice—using painting as a mindful, expressive practice supported by gentle yoga, intuitive movement, and guided meditation.
Each session begins by grounding the body and breath through slow, accessible movement and guided meditation, helping you arrive fully in the present moment. From this centered space, you’ll be guided into a painting practice that encourages intuition over technique, allowing color, gesture, and symbol to emerge organically. Throughout the workshop, seasonal themes such as balance, expansion, release, and rest will help you reflect, set intentions, and connect more deeply with yourself and the cycles of nature.
No prior experience in painting or yoga is necessary—this series is designed to be nurturing, inclusive, and process-focused rather than outcome-driven. Come as you are, and leave with a deeper sense of clarity, creative confidence, and a collection of paintings that mark your personal journey through the turning of the year.
